Since the 1980s,with the thoroughly studying on the teacher professional development, the study on teachers' culture has also become the concern of educators around the world. And it has become a hot issue of educational research.The research on teachers' cultural forms in Hargreaves provides a solid theoretical foundation for this paper.In our country,with the promoting and deepening of the teacher professional development,people pay more attention to teachers' exchange and collaboration.So it becomes an inevitable trend to build collaborative teachers' culture to respond to various challenges.Therefore,this paper mainly explores a number of questions on the construction of collaborative teachers' culture in teacher professional development.This research mainly uses literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to conduct the investigation and study to present situation of collaborative teachers' culture in primary and secondary schools,and combs to the collaborative teachers' culture present situation with the reason analysis.It also proposes the realistic strategy for the construction of the collaborative teachers' culture.The full text divides into seven parts specifically:The first part is the introduction.It introduces the purpose of selecting this topic,the significance of this research,the domestic and foreign related research summary as well as this paper research method.The second part is to define the core concept.Based on re-analyzing and defining the meaning of teacher professional development,collaborate and teachers' culture,this research clarifies the meaning and characteristics on the collaborative teachers' culture,at the same time explains the needed to pay attention to some questions.The third part is about the relations between teacher professional development and collaborative teachers' culture.The two promote each other and provide the development mutually the power and the fountainhead:on the one hand,teacher professional development needs the production of collaborative teachers' culture,on the other hand,the collaborative teachers' culture's production and development in turn promote teacher professional development consolidate and deepen. The fourth part is the theoretical basis of collaborative teachers' culture.This part tries to analyze the collaborative teachers' culture from different views referenced to the knowledge of teacher pedagogy,teacher cultural study,social psychology and educational philosophy as fundamental theory and methodology.The fifth part presents situation investigation and analysis of collaborative teachers' culture in our country primary and secondary schools.By sampling 550 teachers from primary and secondary schools to carry on the questionnaire survey,and in depth interviews with 20 teachers of primary and secondary schools,the study summarizes the present situation of collaborative teachers' culture in primary and secondary schools,and analyzes the reasons of this situation.The sixth part is the construction strategies of collaborative teachers' culture.Based on the investigation and the reason analysis of the school collaborative teachers' culture present situation.And it discusses the practice strategies of the the construction primary and secondary schools collaborative teachers' culture from the headmaster,the teacher and the system.The headmaster must establish the common prospect of collaborative teachers' culture,strengthen teacher's collaborative consciousness,and provide the good environment atmosphere for the development of collaborative teachers' culture.From the idea domain,the teacher must promote the existing collaborative consciousness;from the practice domain,the teacher community must construct collaborative organization and collaborative form.And it is also necessary to establish the perfect teacher collaborative system,transforms the way of teacher's appraisal.The seventh part is the conclusion.This article mainly reviewed to the main contents,the inadequacy of research as well as the future direction of efforts required.
