Since the New Curriculum Reform began in China, opening mathematic problems become one of the important topics in the educational world. Though there are many of research achievements now, both the quantities and the qualities of opening application problems are not enough. Through this research, it can improve the writing ability of opening mathematic application problems for teachers and promote its application in exam.The opening mathematic application problem in this study is a conjunction of "mathematic opening problem" and "mathematic application problem". Its conception can be described as: The opening mathematic application problem is the problem that has more than one result, and need to be taken into account on many aspects, many point of views, and many degrees.The study adopts literature analysis, example study, and statistics analysis. The summary and reference is on its concept, classification, specification, function and technical condition. Through all the study, it summarizes its principles, method of development, and illustrates the meaning of writing and implements methods on conditional opening application of mathematics, conclusion opening application of mathematics, and strategy solution of opening application of mathematics, and it lists more examples on writing methods. I hope my writing method can promote the developing and applying of opening mathematic application problems.
