The writing unit of primary school Chinese textbooks is designed to cultivate students ' writing ability.First-line Chinese teachers first contact with the work unit,facing various challenges.Based on the text interpretation of the work unit,this study investigates the actual situation of H primary school teachers ' work unit teaching,explores the causes of their teaching behavior,and makes reflection,in order to provide reference for teachers to improve the teaching efficiency of the work unit.The full text is divided into the following four parts: The first part is the introduction,including the research origin,research review,etc.,by combing the relevant literature,understand the current research context,clear core concepts and research ideas.The second part interprets the text of textbook writing unit from two aspects of plate composition and arrangement characteristics,and provides the basis for subsequent improvement suggestions.The third part,the teacher ' s understanding of the textbook unit,the formulation of goals and teaching behavior of the actual investigation,and from the school,teachers themselves and textbook unit three aspects to analyze the causes of the problems.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions from top to bottom.The study found that the existing teaching of textbook writing unit has its advantages,but there are also some problems,as follows: teachers lack of understanding of textbook writing unit;unit plate teaching goal formulation is not accurate;there is deviation in the main direction of unit plate teaching;performance evaluation ignores unit characteristics.By exploring the specific causes,it is found that the teaching of teacher' s work unit is affected by the following three factors.First,the school management system is not perfect,and the thematic training of work unit is less.Second,teachers ' own teaching concept is biased,lack of unit overall consciousness,lack of plate integration ability;thirdly,the working unit lacks a specific evaluation system.Finally,teaching suggestions are put forward in order to bring inspiration to teachers ' teaching.
