The teacher still uses traditional teaching methods to teach will greatly limit the independent thinking and thinking-innovation skills of modern students with the development of the computer and internet technology. Faced with the challenge of reforming educational informationization, establishing the education and teaching methods that are suitable for the network era is an outstanding issue for most of schools.Under the guidance of modern teaching theory, clarify the concepts of cooperative learning, cooperative learning groups, and inquiry learning, summarizes the characteristics of the "Cooperation-Inquiry" teaching model. Combining present characteristics of "the students act as the main bodies, the teachers play leading roles in teaching process" and relevant network teaching model, for example, inquiry learning mode, lecturing mode and collaborative learning mode based on analyzing the development status of the network teaching, puts forward the characteristics of the "cooperation - inquiry" teaching mode and the advantages of Moodle as the network teaching platform. Thus, selects the platform of Moodle networking teaching based on the social constructivism and combines with the characteristics of our country's traditional classroom teaching. I carry out the theoretical and practical research on how to build and practice the "Cooperation-Inquiry" teaching mode on the basis of internet platform, discuss the construction process of the "Cooperation-Inquiry" teaching mode in detail. The basic programs of teaching mode include seven links, for example, create situations- self- exploration- cooperation-group communication- summary and conclusion- consolidate applications-summary and homework, puts forward the teaching principles and implementation strategy to follow when implement the cooperation- inquiry teaching model.It takes the college students for the study object and builds the Moodle teaching platform of the Linux in the new and convenient way based on the early research of the teaching strategies. It also take the Moodle as the foundation, set the "cooperation -inquiry" teaching environment. In practical teaching for The core routing and switching which observing experimental classes and reference classes from the methods of learning Environmental strategies and the group motivation strategies to analysis the related data of the questionnaires and the terminal scores by SPSS in nine aspects such as explicitness of teaching goal, richness of instruction and structuring of teaching process that in order to text whether the differences are significant. By analyzing , the author drawn a conclusion :the teaching model of"cooperation-inquiry"based on the platform of Moodle can provide rich learning resource for students in order to make up the phenomenon of learners' lack of experience, Greatly stimulate the learning interest of the students,leave enough time for students to think. In the study, there is no significant difference in instructional goal and learner's experiences. It proves that the teacher's dominant role for control of class and knowledge spread is a main reason can make sure the teaching goal clear and the knowledge sequential.According to the conclusion of experimental research, it can revise and improve the teaching model of"cooperation-inquiry"based on the platform of Moodle, we should join the indispensable "teachers guide", add the "summary" and "evaluation" factor, thus form the formative and integrative evaluation, and this will have more continuity for the study experiences of the students. In addition, this paper take the summary and reflection to the problems are encountered in practice, thus greatly enrich and improve the teaching model of"cooperation-inquiry"based on platform of Moodle. In the later study, we should place more emphasis on paralleling theory and practice, provide specific measures for frontline teachers.
