With the development of times, the rural basic education reform has been included in the state's most important education projects. All levels of government Increased investment in rural basic education, educators have also done a lot of theoretical research and practical exploration. Although the basic education in rural areas has improved, when we step into the mathematics teaching class in rural areas, it's still difficult for us to find signs of the education reform.Through questionnaires, interviews, in-depth visits, tracking survey, I made a comparison between rural and urban environments, and combining with my work experience in rural primary school mathematics teaching, I also made an exploration of the present rural primary school mathematics education in the east of Henan province in-depth, finding a series of highlighting educational issues: Conditions for running backward, less funding for the office of mathematics teaching, mathematics teachers'professional level low, the aging and the lack of mathematics teachers serious, while as migrant workers in eastern Henan are so many that the necessarymathematical family counseling is lacking.According to the present Mathematics education condition in rural primary schools of eastern Henan, this paper analyzed and described three related aspects such as the unreasonable allocation of mathematics education resources between the urban and the rural, the low of mathematics teachers'professional level, and the ignorance to the mathematics counseling in rural families, I also put forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the underlying causes of the Mathematics education problem in rural primary schools and its exploration of the adverse effects. This paper made an exploration on the aspects of the mathematics teachers'"teacher labor system ", enhancing the teaching skills of mathematics teachers, reforming the mathematics teacher training system in rural areas, improving rural school conditions, raising mathematics teachers'wages and benefits, etc, and in which I also raised a number of feasibility approaches to the Construction of schools and mathematics teachers. Besides, I also explore to improve the educational level of rural households, especially the Mathematics education after the improvement of family education system, combining with the real life and raising practical measures such as "the establishment of rural households 'mathematics education classroom, '" left-behind children and family organizations 'counseling help group.To Mathematics teachers, "Teacher Battle System" is a new philosophy of education, we aimed at exploring mathematics teachers by the way of the "labor division system " of exploration, and gradually improving the situation of rural mathematics teachers, and then impacting all rural teachers by "Teacher Battle System " based on the exploring experiences. Forming Mathematics education class in the rural families is a new imagination about family Mathematics teaching, which comes from the parents school, and was set up to family mathematics education specifically based on the characteristics of rural eastern Henan, Creating a left-behind children's counseling help group is necessary to the educational development of rural education in eastern Henan , it's setting up is not only a good solution to the worries of local migrant workers, but also a help to building a good mental health Atmosphere for children.
