| Sports school of Henan province has once trained large quantities of throwing talent for Henan. It has made a contribution for the prosperity of throwing facilities of Henan province. In the recent years, due to the rapid development of market economy and reform of sports system, it is so greatly impact and challenges for the development of sports school! throwing event of Henan province that shake up formerly fuctions of cultivate and convey the backup talents of throwing and even to be replaced by other ball sport events. In this study,18 sports school of Henan province as the research object of throwing event teaching training situation checking. Content of investigation involves cultivation mechanism status of throwing event athletes who were in Henan province sports school, level of training and approaches of throwing the coaches, training conditions for throwing athletes, conduct of"combination of sport and education"and throwing event! competition and organizationg in the athletics etc.We can draw the following conclusions through the investigation of Henan province, who throwing event current situation.1 For the condition of throwing event coaches!age in Henan school in two heavy and intermediate light. The coaches! age between 31 to 55 is fewer; the coaches who have experience, have good athletic achievements of highly educated in the total number of coaches in the proportion to smaller.2 Due to the situation of schools! teaching management is bad, currently schools are dwindling. Owing to the students! quantity can not be guaranteed, select material can not be proceed normally. Most of the students into the sports schools is mainly because they want to, therefore, the coaches are not satisfied of the conditions of the recruit students. 3 For the investigation of the students! training state, if they love to, they will train proactively.4 The process of practice is linked together and closely. So currently student's warming-up is too free for that part. Although warming-up!time can be ensured, the effect of that is not perferred. It also creates students some injuries formation .5 There is no gatigue where is no enhancement of record. The survey showed that if students can not feel tired after training, it will be difficult to get the good record.6 For the relaxation, although coaches have refered that relaxation is the first step after training, it is just for the students. However, for the methods and time, there is not forced and controled.7 For the training!controled, the coaches can control students! bad hobbies fairly strictly.8 For the relation of throwing course of technology and theory, most of the coaches was not aware of importance of latter, and the process of training is just for the technical training.9 At the aspect of the location and equipment, it is almost enough for training. But the qualities of them are not good, it largely influences the teachers! course-arrangement and students! training. Although the field need to repair and equipment need to acquire, due to the financial matter can not be solved, in the problem of repair and acquire, it can not be undertaken implementation.10 Competition is the process to check the students! training effect. But due to the financial matter, it seriously influences the enthusiasm of the students participate in the competition.11 For the culture course, due to arrangement of teaching material exceed the level of students, it produced phenomenon of being weary of studying among the students. Thereby,they begin to pay no attention to the literacy class. Then having a class of no atmosphere is not ideal. In the condition of this, it serious impact on the teacher's mood. It forms a vicious circle.12 The students who be investigated think their coaches are very strict.But because of their coaches!concern for their training and life, the students said they are respect to their coaches.13 Go to colleges is mainly direction for the graduated students about throwing event of sports school in Henan province. |
