The putting forward of people-oriented education not only needs the necessity of logic but also needs the necessity of history in helicoid rise. The education thought plays an important role in the reform of teaching in our country. How to achieve people-oriented on the processing of skill teaching is the most concerned problems at present teaching. Performance management is a more popular management mode in the modern enterprise, and its core idea is people-oriented. What is more , the supreme state of the performance management lies in creating an organizational atmosphere that promotes people learning and positive development. Therefore, in order to improve teaching effects we apply the performance management to the skill teaching in this paper.This paperr firstly uses the method of documentation and logical analysis to analyse performance management theory systematically, then sets teaching performance management mode;Secondly, the paper verifies the feasibility of application of performance management model through practical teaching. To processing and analysis the experiment data through the T test.The results show that:1. In the research of this paper, we make systematic analysis for the theory of performance management, then we constuct the teaching mode of performance management with the charcterristics of skill teaching.2. We prove the effective application of the performance management by two round experiments. It is useful for the students to play initiative and at the same time improve the studying quality of student's sports skill.3. The use of performance management model has the advantages of organizing gole and students' personal goal to make an agreemen. It can strengthen their practices in learning process, and accomplish their short-term goal at the same time of accomplish their their long-term goal; at the same time, it can help teachers to control the teaching process reasonably, can accomplishing the task of teaching effectively.4. Performance management process uses are the combination of processing evaluatin and final evaluation and the combination of Teacher assessment, self-assessment and others assessment. Not only can this evaluation system stimulate student's enthusiasm sufficiently.5. The use of the performance management model in the process of technical teaching can better reflect teacher-led, student-centered role. It can create a harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere, to improve students'interest in learning.
