PurposeThis study aimed at university famous teachers teaching in the biomedical field for the object, exploring the laws of scientific research output of teacher through some kinds of quantitative evaluation to its scientific paper index of correlation,which is the most primary factor represents its scientific research ability.And analyzeing disparity between some provincial-level teaching famous teacher and the state-level teaching famous teacher.Then provideing the certain extent guidance to university young teacher's training and development,and to provide the scientific basis and the theory support for education and research managers.ObjectsAccording to the major, screening 45 teachers from 500 state-level teaching famous teachers of university.And screening 27 teachers from 221 provincial-level university teaching famous teachers. Which belong to biomedicine domain from 2003 to 2009. Taking this 72 teaching famous teacher's the basic output of scientific research as the object of this study.Sources of Information1. The original data are collected and synthesized by entrusting the Information Center of The Chinese Academy of Science.2. Scientific paper analysis of the state-level famous teacher teaching in biomedicine domain of Chinese university.(1)There is 97.78% of state-level teaching famous teacher published paper in SCI.Add up to 1708 paper,quatity per capita 38.82.Total cited 12,374 times,a paper average cited 7.22 times,a paper annual cited 1.20 times.The maximum of IF is 47.05, the average is 3.14.(2) There is 100% of state-level teaching famous teacher published paper in CSCD.Add up to 4,543 paper,quatity per capita 100.96.Total cited 6,192 times,a paper average cited 1.30 times,a paper annual cited 0.18 times.2. Scientific paper analysis of the provincial-level famous teacher teaching in biomedicine domain of Chinese university.(1) There is 70.37% of provincial-level teaching famous teacher published paper in SCI. Add up to 173 paper,quatity per capita 9.11.Total cited 1,208 times,a paper average cited 6.98 times,a paper annual cited 0.87 times.The maximum of IF is 34.48, the average is 2.70.(2) There is 100% of provincial-level teaching famous teacher published paper in CSCD.Add up to 564 paper,quatity per capita 20.89.Total cited 453 times,a paper average cited 0.80 times,a paper annual cited 0.14 times.3. Comparative analysis of Scientific paper between the state-level and the provincial-level famous teachers teaching in biomedicine domain of Chinese university.(1)The state-level teaching famous teacher,whose output of scientific paper and the level obviously was higher than the provincial-level teaching famous teacher in biomedicine domain.(2) The state-level teaching famous teacher,whose coauthored ability of scientific paper was higher than the provincial-level teaching famous teacher in biomedicine domain.Conclusion1. High scientific research ability is a necessary condition to become the teaching famous teachers.2. The teaching famous teachers are the model of teaching and research.3. The development of teaching teachers was pyramided, and the internal delamination is intermittent rather than continuous.4. The stronger communication and cooperation, scientific research ability is higher.5. The scientific research needs to accumulate such as teaching.6. The state-level teaching famous teacher, whose scientific research ability is higher than the provincial-level teaching famous teacher. Enlightenment1. Guiding the university teacher to value and improve the scientific research ability, to boost the teaching of them.2.
