| The improvement of the quality of basic education has always been the appeal of my country’s education and teaching reform,and it is also the focus of my country’s education policy and education and teaching research.Its realization not only requires further changes in the education and teaching environment,but also requires the training and participation of famous teachers.At present,the improvement of the quality of basic education in my country urgently requires the construction of high-quality teachers,and the construction of high-quality teachers requires famous teachers to play an exemplary role.How teachers can grow into famous teachers in combination with their own professionalism in the education reform,and how famous teachers as educational practitioners can play a leading and exemplary role in the predicament of primary and secondary school teachers limited by professional development deserves our deep consideration.To promote education,we must first strengthen teachers,and the generation of teachers’ teaching wisdom is the inevitable way for famous teachers to become famous teachers.From the perspective of process principle,integration principle,relational principle and creative principle of Whitehead’s process philosophy,this research uses in-depth interview method and key event analysis method,and selects a typical case of a famous primary school Chinese teacher as the research object.Taking the realization of teachers’ teaching wisdom generation as the breakthrough point and "how famous teachers become famous teachers" as the starting point,it tries to clarify the internal and external elements of teachers’ teaching wisdom generation,describe the three-level transition of teachers’ teaching wisdom generation,and present the characteristics of teachers’ teaching wisdom generation.and value,and based on this,explore a feasible path for front-line teachers to generate teachers’ teaching wisdom,and respond to the topic of "what makes a famous teacher a famous teacher".Firstly,on the basis of sorting out the composition of teachers’ professional quality,the author initially clarified the generating elements of teaching wisdom,and combined with cases and interviews,the generating elements of teachers’ teaching wisdom were divided into two parts : internal elements and external elements.Among them,internal elements include cognitive elements,knowledge elements and affective elements,and external elements include social environment,school culture and classroom teaching.Secondly,describe the three-level transition of teachers’ teaching wisdom generation process,which is mainly manifested in the perception of teaching wisdom in learning,the construction of teaching wisdom in practice,and the generation of teaching wisdom in reflection.Process.Third,it presents the characteristics and value of teachers’ teaching wisdom generation,and its individual generation,self-development,independent creativity and community practice have practical significance.The superiority of the generation of teaching wisdom is reflected in the pursuit of meaning,occupational demands,professional needs and realistic expectations.They are to highlight the meaning of teachers’ life,promote teachers’ professional development,awaken teachers’ subject consciousness,and promote self-development of wisdom;stimulate teachers’ creativity Desires,improving teaching professional ability,and guiding teachers’ community to practice work,realizing wisdom and eventually becoming a famous teacher.Fourth,according to this research,it is believed that to explore the corresponding realization path to promote the smooth generation of teachers’ individual teaching wisdom requires teachers to seek for themselves.Teachers should change the rigid teaching way of thinking,establish a correct teaching concept;take into account the connection between various factors in teaching,pay attention to the mutual integration of aesthetics and rationality,and be good at using critical vision to consciously strengthen the integration of theory and practice,etc.,and then grow into a famous teacher,in order to achieve the construction of high-quality teachers in my country to add bricks and mortar.Finally,this paper responds to the "teaching life of pursuing wisdom" that the inevitable way for a famous teacher to grow into a famous teacher is the generation of teachers’ teaching wisdom. |
