The Economic Analysis On How Entrepreneurship Education Promotes College Students' Employment

Entrepreneurship education is not only a kind of education forms, it is a kind of education system and education mode. The aim of entrepreneurship education is to cultivate pioneering traits, their awareness and entrepreneurial spirit, ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, in order to be more competitive in the in the process of entrepreneurship and employment.The Outline of 12th Five-Year Plan puts forward economic development to "upgrade improves industrial core competencies", "innovation drive to emancipate our minds strategy and human powers strategy". Compared with other period, China more need adventurous pioneering consciousness of creative talents. However, college students' employment situation is not optimistic.This paper argued the system construction in entrepreneurship education to promote college students' employment from the angle of Entrepreneurship education system and mechanism. Developing innovative economy is changing the style of economic growth basic way. A person in the development of innovative economy has played an important role. The author made entrepreneurship education and college students' employment force theory and empirical analysis. The results were entrepreneurial quality significantly associated with employment and entrepreneurship education performance significantly associated with entrepreneurial quality. From the Angle of system and mechanism, this paper discussed the construction of innovative talents as the goal in the entrepreneurial system construction of China's higher education reform. Combined with the status quo, the author held the view that we should develop the university science & technology park and SOVO, build technology transfer and manufacture-learning-research cooperation mechanism and make more business education institute established.Summing up the above, the author put forward three suggestions. The proposal is that we should strengthen the teachers' construction of entrepreneurship education, improve the curriculum of entrepreneurship education and make innovations in practice and ideas.
