Research On Employment Education Of College Students Under The Vision Of “double Innovation”

Employment education for university students lies in the key link of“the last one kilometer”of university talents training,which is a special educational practical activity integrated with ideological content,scientificity and epochal character;it takes promoting university students'employment as the goal ostensibly,but substantially undertaking the function of“Which kind of people to be trained,how to train,for whom to train”.With the proposal of development strategy“Popular entrepreneurship and innovation”,all of employment ways,employment structure and employment situation faced by university students would be profoundly changed.Promoting university students from employment to entrepreneurship,as well as pushing employment with entrepreneurship have become the objective requirements of“entrepreneurship-innovation”.Thereby,employment education for university students is required to be adjusted from educational concept,educational objective,educational pattern and team construction,so as to push university students to agree with“entrepreneurship-innovation”requirements,and additionally to establish rational employment and entrepreneurial conception and realize stable career development simultaneously.This research was divided into six chapters in addition to introduction and conclusion.Introduction:To respond the reasons why to develop a research on employment education for university students under the view of“entrepreneurship-innovation”.This thesis was proposed based on the objective reality of university students'employment difficulties,developing change of university students'employment situations and development difficulties faced by employment education for university students.The theoretical significance of this research was assisting entrepreneurship-innovation talent training,highlighting values of time of employment education and promoting disciplinary development of employment education.Improving employment qualify of university students,as well as employment education effectiveness,and maintaining social harmony and stability were considered as its practical significance.Moreover,the domestic and international research status of the current employment education for university students was analyzed and summarized based on literature review,to clarify the weak link in researches on employment education for university students at present and suggest key and difficult points yet innovation points of the research.Chapter one:To develop the research on“entrepreneurship-innovation”and connotation of employment education for university students.The values of time of“power”“fairness”“agriculture enrichment”“powerful nation”contained within“entrepreneurship-innovation”was analyzed based on historical background proposed by“entrepreneurship-innovation”.Hereby the connotation of“entrepreneurship-innovation”was put forward.Similarly,the connotation of employment education for university students was proposed by finding out the relationship between employment education with employment guidance,entrepreneurship education and vocational education combined with value and function of employment education for university students.With the combination of“entrepreneurship-innovation”and connotation of employment education for university students,this research also pointed out that“entrepreneurship-innovation”has the value of goal orientation,concept renovation,educational transformation and development on employment education for university students,so as to suggest that the goal of employment education for university students should reflect epochal character,employment education activities should reflect cooperativity,and employment education ways should be regular.Chapter 2:To develop the research on the current situation of employment education for university students under the view of“entrepreneurship-innovation”.The investigation for one years was carried out in the ways of questionnaire survey,on-the-spot visit and interview by internet.Through further analyzing the findings,this research pointed out that the employment education for university students presented the development trend that policy support is promoting solidly,entrepreneurship and employment are tending to be obvious,educational pattern is facing transformation and team construction is paid more attention to.However,the employment education for university students also has several problems such as being weakened,fuzzy educational objectives,improper team ability,simple and rigid educational methods.Furthermore,this research also pointed out that the unclear cognition of the relationship between“entrepreneurship-innovation”and employment education for university students,the lacks of comprehensive understanding of employment education goal,ineffective promotion to employment education team,and insufficient innovation degree of employment education ways are the main reasons leading to those questions.Chapter 3:To develop the research on the goal and idea of employment education for university students under the view of“entrepreneurship-innovation”.The goal and idea actually were designed to respond that how employment education for university students should be positioned under the view of“entrepreneurship-innovation”.According to the employment-entrepreneurship policy issued by Communist Party of China and the government since the 18^th National Congress of Communist Party of China?CPC?,the economic and social development tendency in the new normal stage of economic development,practical condition of employment ideas and employment behaviors of university students,this research pointed out an idea that employment education for university students should establish an idea for high-quality employment,leading students for planning professional life and cultivating innovation-entrepreneurship talents.The employment education goal of“transforming into entrepreneurship from employment,pushing employment with entrepreneurship”,“the rationalinnovation-entrepreneurshipconcept”,“realizingthestablecareer development”was also put forward.Chapter 4:To develop the research on mode and operating mechanism of employment education for university students,responding to what kind of education ways should be adopted by employment education for university students under the view of“entrepreneurship-innovation”.Combined with“entrepreneurship-innovation”talent cultivation demands,the educational transformation mode of employment and entrepreneurship,infiltration mode of professional employment education and leading mode of entrepreneurship-innovation value were suggested to be adopted.And mechanism of employment demand orientation,diffluent mechanism of employment and entrepreneurship,functioning mechanism of synergetic force were proposed based on new educational modes,so as to promote the effective operation of employment education mode.Chapter five:To develop the research on team construction of employment education for university students.This research pointed out that the team construction of employment education for university students under the view of“entrepreneurship-innovation”should be taken according to the general thought of professionalism,specialization and expertization;and at the same time,team construction should be strengthened according to the requirement details for being capable,responsible and conditional.Chapter six:To suggest establishing the system of educational resources integration of entrepreneurship and employment of university students in order to guarantee the orderly advancement of employment education for university students under the view of“entrepreneurship-innovation”to promote the integrative development of entrepreneurship-employment education;establish management and recruitment system of employment education teachers to realize the development ideas and development requirements of employment education professionalism,specialization and expertization;set up the follow-up employment service system to realize the target ofemploymentturningtoentrepreneurship,promotingemploymentwith entrepreneurship;establish the evaluation system of employment education effect to push employment education to keep up with the times along with designed pathway.Conclusion:To further point out the necessity of studying employment education for university students under the view of“entrepreneurship-innovation”.The research result and innovation point of the research were summarized and the existing problems in the research were listed for further deepening the research direction in the future.
