The Study Of The Employment Ability Of Chinese Students From The Perspective Of The Financial Crisis

The financial crisis which started from America in 2007 has spread all over the world, and evolved rapidly into the global financial crisis. The crisis has caused enormous impact on the economic area and the related industry, and also brought huge influence to people's work and life, especially for the students who have just graduated from the university; this financial crisis has a more profound impression to them.This thesis is precisely stemming from the financial crisis that under the impact of higher education and employment. Firstly,we introduce the cause of the financial crisis and the impact on various countries,and then introduce the theoretical basis about career theory.Through the summarizes analysis that related to literature at home and abroad,we make a definition about employment ability again after our country university students get employed ability present situation under the financial crisis. The employment problems of university graduates are not only the students'personal problems or education problems,but also the society problems,the most fundamental problems is the employment ability.Essentially, the employment ability to the university students is to find a job,maintain a job,and change a job.The unemployment situation of the university students has already existed before the financial crisis,however,the financial crisis made this problem become more obvious. The university students'employment ability is directly related to their individual ability, the development of society,financial circumstance and political context.Under financial crisis background, will get employed ability to divide into the foundation employment ability and special employment ability. A student's basic employment ability is to find and maintain the jobs, whereas the special employment ability is the chip of changing jobs.How the financial crisis affects our university studyents'employment can be analysed from the following three aspects:the macroscopic perspective, the intermediate perspective and the microscopic perspective. This paper also gives a detailed introduction of the influnece of the international economy situation, GDP, university, family, employment mechanism and undertaking mechanism to the university students'employment, and summarizes the countermeasures in college students'employment promotion.Nowadays the employment competition is indeed the competition of comprehensive quality, after grasping the basic employment ability, people should learn to survive, resolve the crises, and increase the employment competition ability to cooperate. Studies of the university student's employment ability have the vital practical significance to cultivate the talented person for the university as well as instruct the university students to enhance themselves and select the talented persons for the enterprises.
