Researeh On College Students' Psychological Problems About Employment And Countermeasures Under The Financial Crisis

Unemployment is issue of globalization, also is the major task facing the modernization of china today. As the most highly populated developing country in the world, the employment problem is the hot issue of the whole economic development and social progress in china. Recently, with the policy of expanding recruitment of higher education, the increasing college students compared with less job opportunity had been created. The fierce competition of job-hunting market together with the unemployment of college graduates causes so many problems in psychology of university students. The finance crisis bring too much trouble for the graduates employment. The Finance crisis and ever-increasing pressure of job-hunting at the moment unavoidable make the students to meet some difficulty, frustration and confliction, lead to many psychological problems. It is difficult for students to regulate feelings and emotions under different situations, which are bad preparation for the future work. If we can't solve the problem properly, must cause the negative affect ion to the society. So we search and analysis the element of university student's psychological problem is the not only the good way to solve unemployment problem but also is important for the economy development and society stability. The university employment guidance should put it in the first place to improve the situation.The paper according to the survey of 1200 undergraduate of Shanxi University,Taiyuan university of technology ,Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and Taiyuan Normal University .Carries on the diagnosis to of course graduate's employment and information of psychological, existing problem plus positive aspects of university students in Shanxi, on the basis of understanding the present situation of the students'psyehologieal problems about employment in Shanxi Province. Facing the new employment situation, the employment psychology of these students has both positive factors, and negative factors,it systematically analyzes the positive aspects of psychology and the existing problems ahout the We have launched investigations in order to find the reasons why they have psychological obstacles, and the solutions to psychological obstacles. Through analyzing the cause of employment psychological problems, it proposes the concrete solution, which helps students set up healthy employment psychology.
