When the concept of knowledge transfer was made, it rapidly became an important filed of knowledge management. There are some scholars, such as Gilbert & Cordey-Hayes, pointed out knowledge transfer should be a continuous learning process, but they separated the application of knowledge from study, and believed the two phases are separate. The paper agrees with the learning process nature of knowledge transfer, but in the modern education research perspective, whether the stages of knowledge transfer need to have another division or not, and what factors will affect the knowledge transfer, which need us to have a in-depth study.The paper tries to study the learning process's nature of knowledge transfer based on the social constructivism learning theory through extensive literature analysis, and define the knowledge transfer which is divided into "identification", "interactive", "application" and "integration" of four dimensions, and make the personal of knowledge receiver and the situation of learning occurring factors based on the social constructivism learning theory. Finally, establish the relationship around the three variables. Meanwhile, the author put the team learning into the final theory research model in the study. Considering the demand of the positive analysis, the paper replaces the knowledge transfer with the knowledge transfer performance, and builds the empirical research model, hypothesizes of the study, and validates the hypothesizes through data analysis.The paper uses the team learning sale developed by Zhang Jing, and the author develops the scales of knowledge receiver factors, the situational factors of learning occurring and knowledge transfer performance. Then, the author hands out 400 questionnaires and gets back 374 valid questionnaires, and finally get the research results after serious of data analysis.According to the results of data analysis, knowledge receiver factors and the situational factors of learning occurring have a positive correlation with knowledge transfer performance. In addition, the regulating effect of the team learning is proved. It means if the enterprises can reinforce the team building will prove the knowledge transfer between the employees.
