With the development of modern globalization, every corner of human permeated the people's livelihood of monetization and commercialization. Humans also undertake the consequences of the process modernity——"Loaded Planet". In this background, capital breaks away from the bondage of countries and social order is evoluting because of separation between capital and politics, which is leading to aggravated individualization. Individuals need to bear aggravated uncertainty, insecurity and unreliability. Based on this, Zygmunt Bauman proposed the core and theoretical characteristics of the thought of individual care, which mainly affected by Simmel, Gramsci, and the European humanitarian novelist—Milan Kundera.In the order process, including social transformation, order-rebuilding and economic progress would have a marginalized group, who are the Bauman's thought of individual. These individuals lived in the poor situation, such as, refugee camps, ghetto, prison and the land frontier, but to some extent with the same or similar properties. The author summarizes four reasons, which is the privatization of public space, consumption behavior of desire, the interaction of time and space, and the separation of capital and labor. So as to save the specific way of individual survival circumstance, Bowman given different levels solutions respectively from the political, economic, and cultural.Bauman's Liquid Modernity is reflected and sublimation of modernity, but also is the improvement and development of Marxism. The Thought of Individual Care provides a new dimension of the development of sociology and a new perspective of understanding the society. At the same time, it provides reference and reflection for China building a socialist harmonious society, realizing the complementary society and citizens, and better withstands the crisis of globalization.
