The Development And Application Research Of Network Teaching Video Resources In University

Alone with the constantly advancing and increasing thorough of the course of education information, China's college and university have changed gradually from the stage of hardware infrastructure construction to the stage of construction and application of resources. Among all the teaching resources, video resources which can be regarded as a effective teaching media forms to present the teaching content and teaching method, has some special superiorities and characteristics which the Writing, the Picture and the Animation does not have. Especially in recent years, alone with the rapid development and continuous improvement of the digital media technology, the computer network technology and the university network environment, digitization, networking and opening will be the future of colleges and universities in the construction of teaching video resources.This paper takes the development and application of network teaching video resources in university as the research subject, it attempts to design and develop an effective solution on how to construct and make fully use of the teaching video resources under the instruction of correlation theories. Firstly, it analyzed and summarized the present situation and existence questions of the construction of network video resources in university at home and abroad, and then carried on the outline explanation to the correlation theories foundation and the key technologies concept principle of the construction of network teaching video resources. Subsequently, it carried on the contrastive analysis and systematic elaboration to three main development patterns presently and some associated practical details about the development and application of network teaching video resources in university. Finally, combing with streaming media technology, programming technology and relevant network technology, it designs a low-cost and real-time network teaching platform which can effectively integrate various forms of teaching resources. Relative results in paper can be regarded as an exploratory research in applying the network teaching video resource in university.
