A Research On The "3+1" Training Model Of Jiangxi University Of Science And Technology

In recent years,higher education in our country has a rapid development to meet the needs of socio-economic development . It is bound to change the traditional undergraduate training model along with the ex-development of higher education and the diversified social needs. It is needed to resolve the problem that how to reform and improve the original undergraduate training model and enhance the quality of higher education further.Aim at the solution of problems of undergraduate training model in Jiangxi Province, this thesis uses literature research methods,investigation research methods to analyze and research. while clarifies the formation and development process of .undergraduate training model, this thesis sums up the evolution laws of it,define personnel training mode and elements of it, and analyze how to causes the problems of it. On the basis of the these,this thesis takes the"3 +1" training model of Jiangxi University Of Science and Technology for example to explore the practical experience and innovation points. Based on the Induction and elaboration, this thesis will provide the operational personnel training model for Jiangxi Province and even the national undergraduate university.
