With the rapid development of science, economy and technology, the capacity of community college students have higher requirements. Students also need to have the ability and professional practice higher order thinking skills, and traditional teaching education students are out of style only know theory, different operations, thinking curing, lack of innovation. The face of comprehensive ability of China's general lack of students, university education for professional practice, the shortage of resources, make training students for professional practice higher order thinking skills and capability of new teaching model is very important.Development of the Internet success of the E-learning in corporate training in the rapid development, E-learning, low-cost, high efficiency, makes the company the advantages of widely used in staff training, the same can also be used in colleges and universities the advantages of E-learning for good solution.Several methods are used including document analysis, questionnaire survey, case studying. By these ways to analyzing a new type of E-learning platform - Cesim online simulation course platform. Basing on the theory of constructivist learning theory, situated cognition theory and blended learning theory, etc. To constructing a new E-learning teaching model based on Cesim platform. Following the Jiangxi Normal University Business School 2007 marketing students as the research object, trying to prove that the model can effectively improve the learner's practical ability and higher order thinking skills, is in line with our conditions of the new blended learning.
