The Study Of Digital Learning Resources To Design In Information Technology For Develop Higher Order Thinking Skills

With the time change, the demand for talented people has been changed. Modern society demands talented people with higher order thinking skills. At past, the curriculum in China neglect students'ability develops. The new curriculum standards including three aspects:"knowledge and skills","process and methodology"and"emotions, attitude and values". It emphasize the student's ability develops. How to train students'higher order thinking skills in teaching process? How to develop students'higher order thinking skills by using digital learning resources? That is must be considered by every teacher. The dissertation promotes how to design the digital learning resources for develop students'higher order thinking skills in Information Technology.Through identifying the higher order thinking skills, the dissertation analyzes the relationship between the higher order thinking skills and information literacy. The dissertation on the basis of Constructivist learning theory and the teaching method of develop thinking skills. I analyze the learning process about creating of multimedia products. And I design the teaching mode and the network teaching platform.Finally I promote the process and the general principles of designing the teaching mode and the digital learning resources.
