As early as age 70 in the last century, Xiaoping Deng put forward the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education.Rejuvenating the nationthrough science and education, the key is talent. How to cultivate a knowledge-based economy of the social,it needs today's high-quality talent. It is an arduous task for the current education.With the development of information technology, the role of the digital learning resources in education should not be ignored. The use of rich digital learning resources to train high-quality personnel, it is already an important direction of current education.At first, this research have done a defined of the concept of higher-order thinking abilities, and reached the latter three categories of educational objectives in the Bloom's cognitive skills- analysis, evaluation and creation. In the teaching process, the development of the level of these three levels, it is equivalent to the development of higher-order thinking skills of learners. In the teaching process, how to choose the learning content, and if it designs all the contents that can be effective to help students develop higher-order thinking abilities? This study chooses The Space and Graphics Module of Junior Mathematics as an example, and analyses the studing content to educe the studing content of the Space and Graphics Modules that can effectively to help students develop higher-order thinking abilities.At the same time, depending on the John Dewey'teaching for thinking theories and higher order to study theories, with the features of the Space and Graphics Module learning , This research gives the digital learning resource design principles of the Space and Graphics Module learning under the perspective of higher-order thinking tkills training. Under the guidance of the principles, depending on the Social Constructivist Learning Theory, the Information Teaching Resources Theory and the Dialogue Theory, I make a design mode of Digital Learning Resources about the Space and Graphics Module learning under the Perspective of Higher-order Thinking Tkills Training, and select a class of t the Space and Graphics Module——the position relationship of the Round and Round to design the digitized learning resource.
