The society is changing rapidly, the knowledge we human owe is increasing quickly, and the individual's knowledge is eliminating promptly, all these facts make us realize that "learn how to learn" is more important than "the knowledge we have learned".The development of individuation needs individualized education and study. Lifelong education and lifelong learning calls for the capability of knowing how to learn more knowledge. These entire phenomena are telling us the importance of reforming our school education.With the rich information resources of Web2.0 era, in Web2.0 era users'participating and creating content is well encouraged, it also supports and encourages the communication of learners with other learners, the share of knowledge with each other, and the cooperation with people all around the world. The Web2.0 is providing a good opportunity of the changing of the traditional concept of our school study. Many scholars put forward that we are entering the Learning2.0 era.In order to meet the needs of learning abilities towards Learning2.0 era, and to improve undergraduate's learning abilities towards Learning2.0 era. Based on the analysis of the relevant Learning2.0 research at home and abroad, this paper constructs the framework of the undergraduate's learning abilities towards Learning2.0 era from the perspective of information literacy. And with the undergraduates of Jiangxi Normal University as a case study, this paper analysis the present situation of the undergraduate's learning abilities towards Learning2.0 era and discusses the Training Strategy of how to cultivate and improve learners'abilities towards Learning2.0 era.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter 1 Introduction This chapter outlines the background, the research problems and its meaning, the research methods and ideas.Chapter 2 Literature Review This chapter introduces the relevant Learning2.0 research at home and abroad.Chapter 3 The theoretical basis of Learning2.0 and the learning ability towards Learning2.0 era This chapter elaborates the basic Principles of Constructivism and Connectivism and also their inspiration to learning.Chapter 4 The demands of learning abilities of Learning2.0 on the undergraduate Based on the review of the relevant Learning2.0 research at home and abroad, This chapter summarizes the connotation and characters of Learning2.0 and constructs the framework of the undergraduate's learning abilities that meets the needs of Learning2.0 era from the perspective of information literacy.Chapter 5 The present situation of the undergraduate's Learning2.0 capacities and the training strategy of the required capacities With the undergraduates of Jiangxi Normal University as a case study, the author made a survey about the present situation of the undergraduate's Learning2.0 capacities. This chapter analyzes the survey results, reveals the existing problems and discusses the training strategy of how to cultivate learners'abilities towards Learning2.0 era.
