Advances in information technology have made a lot of changes in various forms for people to live and work. So it is in the field of education and training, with the progress of information technology, traditional training mode is gradually replaced by the newly emerging e-Learning mode and e-Learning has developed rapidly depends on its advantages compared to the traditional training mode, when the Internet entered the Web2.0era, e-Learning has entered a new stage of development---e-learning2.0. However, the current researches on e-Learning2.0are largely focused on the basic theory and definition, and the study of e-Learning2.0Maturity Assessment of e-Learning platform is nearly blank. As to the situation, this study aims at building an e-Learning2.0maturity evaluation form and evaluation model---eMM2.0Based on the study of relevant literatures about e-Learning2.0and maturity model, this study absorbs the excellent methods and thoughts of eMM, ePCMM and e2M2models, then builds the e-Learning2.0maturity evaluation form and evaluation model, during the study, the author invited experts in the field of e-Learning2.0using the Delphi method to revise the evaluation form. E-Learning2.0maturity can be assessed through this model and it can give some guides of absorbing the e-Learning2.0concepts to make the e-Learning platform more appropriate to students.When the construction of eMM2.0is completed, the author evaluates the e-Learning2.0maturity level of Property e-Learning Platform with eMM2.0and gives some guidance. Based on this guidance, the author develops several functional modules to level-up one platform’s e-Learning2.0maturity and to support the online training of property industry.
