The Affect Of Network Arts On Humane Guality Of Primary And Middle School Students

In recent decades, the increasing popularity of the Internet and multimedia technologies has brought about a new educational form. As more and more schools join in this revolution, the internet is in full swing of development.The educational concept and the techniques of education has always been the key factors to promote the reform and development of education, they are interrelated, interacted arid help each other forward. With the help of network arts,the humane quality of middle and elementary School Students will be improved.This paper describes the position and the role of qualitiy, and the meaning of humane quality in education system's of primary and high schools. It also support and provides scientific basis for the establishment of"Evaluating System of Students for Quality Development ". Secondly, it analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the network Arts and humane quality, and then suggest to improve the humane quality of school students through network art education. This paper focuses on the important position of psychological quality in humane quality education, and offers the measures of how to improve psychological quality of school students by using network art, it also analyzes the negative effects of network art, and proposed measures for solving these problem.
