Research On The Structure And The Formation Of Middle School And Primary School Teachers' Ideas About Psychological Guidance

Based on the framework of psychological guidance undertaken by common teachers, this research probes into the structure and the formation of middle school and primary school teachers' ideas about psychological guidance. It is composed of three sub-researches. The first research discusses the structure of ideas about psychological guidance with 690 middle school and primary school teachers as research subjects under psychometric tests. Using the method of comparison of experimental with normal groups, the second research inquires into the role of workshop in the formation of ideas about psychological guidance with the senior middle school as research subjects. Adopting the method of narrative analysis, the third one investigates into the internal and external factors that affect the formation of ideas about psychological guidance with teachers of senior and junior middle school and primary school as research subjects. The research findings are as follows.1. Middle school and primary school teachers' ideas about psychological guidance are composed of terminal and instrumental ideas about psychological guidance. The instrumental ideas about psychological guidance are made up of general instrumental ideas and common teacher special instrumental ideas about psychological guidance.2 The internal system of the formation of middle school and primary school teachers' ideas about psychological guidance is teachers' processes of active experiencing. The active experience is divided into two basic forms: observation-reflection and experience-reflection.3.
