The Research On Promoting The Entrepreneurial Accomplishments Based On Project Management

According to the basic concept of the definition of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), this thesis summarized the key qualities of the Entrepreneurial Accomplishments. The thesis stated the conception connotation of Project Management, probed into the basic procedures and the influential factors, and also discussed related Project Management tools. It constructed theoretical relationship model between Entrepreneurial Accomplishments and Project Management, and argued for the hypothesis that"Project Management"advances the improvement of the Entrepreneurial Accomplishments. In order to find out present situation of the university students'project administration and Entrepreneurial Accomplishments, Project Management and Entrepreneurial Accomplishments were investigated individually, and existant problems through participating in practical cases were analyzed. For the purpose of advance the improvement of Entrepreneurial Accomplishments, the study discuss how to improve Entrepreneurial Accomplishments effectively with the help of project Management from the following 8 aspects: recognition, creativity, leadership, self-confidence, security administrative ability, social communicative ability, executive ability and professional skills.This thesis consists of 5 chapters.Chapter one: Introduction. Based on the analysis of time features and subject's development status, it puts forward research questions, describes research significance, research structure and research methodology of the study.Chapter Two: Literature review. Centered on research questions, it presents the researches of"Entrepreneurial Accomplishments"and"Project Management",and it also analyzes the relevant studies abroad as well as China.Chapter Three: Theoretical hypothesis: Carve out quality's improvement and Project Management. With the view of entrepreneurship, the study analyzes the basic concepts and constituted elements of Entrepreneurial Accomplishments, discusses the concept, features and categories of"Project Management". Finally, it argues for the hypothesis that"Project Management"advances the improvement of the Entrepreneurial Accomplishments.Chapter Four: Case study: Project Driven Instructional Model Based-on Tutorial System on the basis of tutorial system. The study adopts Software College of JiangXi Normal University's Project Driven Instructional Model Based-on Tutorial System (PDIMBTS) as the case study, analyzes the basic framework and gave the explanations for choosing it. From the view of Project Management, the thesis analyzes college students'recognition, creativity, leader ability, self-confidence, security administrative ability, social communicative ability, executive ability and professional skills under the tutorial system. A questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze, which including following three aspects: Project Management, Entrepreneurial Accomplishments and the application of the Project Management tools.Chapter Five: Conclusion and implications. Through analyzing the specific Entrepreneurial Accomplishments practical activities, the study discusses how to improve Entrepreneurial Accomplishments effectively with the help of Project Management.
