Research On The Application Of Project Management In The Improvement Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Ability

Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid development of economy,all walks of life are showing a thriving trend,college students have more ideas,want to through their own efforts to fight a world,want to start my own business.However,the reality is always cruel,the majority of college students start to fail in the end.So how to improve students' entrepreneurial ability,how to use project management to improve the quality of College Students' entrepreneurship is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,through access to a large number of College Students' entrepreneurial ability related research literature,summed up the core competence of College students.At the same time,it summarizes the definition and connotation of project management,analyzes the general process of project management,and discusses the related project management tools.Through the establishment of the relationship model of College Students' entrepreneurial ability and project management,the application of project management in the promotion of College Students' entrepreneurial ability is discussed.According to the research results of the project management and its impact on College Students' entrepreneurial ability,the results of the research and analysis show that the project management has a significant effect on the promotion of College Students' entrepreneurial ability.In response to "public entrepreneurship,innovation" the guiding spirit,hope for our country college students enhance the ability to provide a little help.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduction.This paper expounds the research background and significance of the research,combing and summarizing the relevant literature review,which lays a solid foundation for the study of this paper.The second chapter defines the concept and theoretical basis.This paper explains the concept and connotation of College Students' entrepreneurial ability and project management,and analyzes the relationship between them.The third chapter is about the current situation of College Students' entrepreneurial ability and its limitations.This paper analyzes the present situation of College Students' entrepreneurial ability in China,and probes into the factors hindering the improvement of College Students' entrepreneurial ability.The fourth chapter is about the introduction of the project management mechanism of College Students' entrepreneurial activities.This chapter is the core part of this paper,the application of project management in improving the students' entrepreneurial ability,starting from the five aspects of entrepreneurial awareness,leadership,self-confidence,creative ability,executive ability,social skills,project management mechanism of import and applied to university students ability in management.The fifth chapter is the comparative analysis of College Students' entrepreneurial ability before and after the implementation of project management.Based on the questionnaire data,the paper analyzes the changes of the entrepreneurial ability of college students before and after the implementation of the project management.The sixth chapter is the safeguard measures of the project management in the college students' entrepreneurial activities.According to the actual implementation of the project management,this paper analyzes the possible problems,and puts forward some measures to ensure the effective implementation of the project management.
