Purpose research:The international gymnastics federation of competitive aerobics rules in the "physical" pointed out that a judge this ability. Actual game, players will result in a lack of physical quality of the smoothness, balance, and expressive affected. But at present domestic aerobics fitness training contents and structure hasn't been system analysis and research. Therefore, this study hopefully through combining the existing research on physical qualities of aerobics required for different requirement analysis, physical training scheme comparison, seek more effect for the aerobics training methods.Methods:This study adopts expert questionnaire to determine the aerobics athlete physical stamina training of four schemes (regular training plan, special training plan, innovative training plan and random training plan for four schools), competitive aerobics athlete respectively for 12 weeks of physical training. Their training and special (action, fluency and accuracy of artistic expression) and physical (VO2max in succession, crook before, stand back and includes stretch, double wave prone jump, V lift weights, static support) scores, comparative study, in order to probe into what training program of competitive aerobics athlete physical stamina training more effectively.Research results:Each physical stamina training after completion of the aerobics movements of fluency and artistic expression were increased significantly (p < 0.05), and the accuracy of the special training and action program random increased significantly (p < 0.05) regular training and innovative training slightly more. Novel after training program and random dyslalia VO2max in succession, crook before bottom, stand out, and stomach back up and static load V word support increased significantly (P < 0.05), double wave jump slightly increase. The special training in slightly more lift V, other indicators and two groups in the same. Regular training after training to stand back and devices and double wave prone jump and static load support increased significantly (P < 0.05), the VO2max in succession, crook before and V slightly more upright.Conclusion: After each physical training and athletic achievements of aerobics special grades improved. Special scores of action, fluency and accuracy of artistic expression for special training to improve effects, and the random dyslalia best novel, regular training is the worst. The comprehensive effect of physical stamina training by good to poor arrangement for the new program, random training: the specific training, training。Suggestions:More innovative fitness training plan and design, with special training methods, according to the specific circumstances of athletes three times weekly arrangement of physical stamina training, not only can promote the improvement of the quality of the physical ability, and can make physical quality more effective into special abilities, improve athletic calisthenics expressiveness and complete success. The special physical ability training in aerobics should pay more attention of the coach.
