Badminton is the movement of eight directions,the completion of the action must rely on the coordination of various parts of the body to complete.Because in the badminton or other sports which,the completion of each action is the result of the interaction of the various muscle groups,not a single muscle group to complete the action,which requires the coordination of the muscles of the body to complete the technical action,and Limb coordination action by the core area of the muscle to carry the power of transmission.Therefore,combined with the characteristics of badminton,designed with the badminton-related core strength training content.Analyze whether the core strength training is effective for the improvement of badminton skills of college students in physical education.In addition,through the core strength training,to explore the core strength training methods for students badminton special technology,special physical fitness,body balance ability and functional action screening effect.The application of core stability and strength training in college badminton teaching of college sports department is the object of study.The students were divided into experimental group according to the experimental method.The students were divided into experimental group.Experiments using core strength training,the control group using conventional strength training.Contrast the core strength training for students badminton special technology,special physical fitness,balance ability and functional action screening results.The Application Effect of Core Strength Training in Badminton Training of Physical Education Department in Colleges and Universities.The results show that the core strength training can effectively improve the badminton special technology.The experimental group was far superior to the control group.Experimental group badminton special technology to improve the rate is greater than the control group;core strength training can effectively improve the badminton special physical fitness.In the experimental group,the physical fitness of the badminton was significantly higher than that of the control group.In the experimental group and the control group,thecontrast group,The experimental group of specific physical quality improvement rate is greater than the control group;core strength training can effectively improve the badminton balance ability.The experimental group of eight overlooking the bridge and closed eyes single foot legislation is better than the control group.And the improvement of the experimental group is also much higher than the control group;core strength training can effectively improve the body function of badminton.The functional septal score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the improvement of functional seizure in the control group.
