In recent years, numerous bilingual teaching experimental schools have sprung up all over the country Teachers, teaching materials, assessment are the bottleneck of three bilingual education, bilingual education is supported by three pillars of sustainable development. Materials is very important, teachers is more important. As the most direct perpetrators of bilingual education and bilingual teaching the most important tasks were completed, the quality of bilingual teachers, bilingual education will play a key achievement of the purpose of bilingual education to break the bottleneck, in order to break the bottleneck and effectively improve bilingual teaching ,the training of bilingual teacher has become an indispensable prerequisite.At present, bilingual teacher training system has not been established, the domestic bilingual education just getting started, is still in the exploratory stage, our existing teachers in bilingual education have not received specialized basically, the system of bilingual training. They also engaged in bilingual education for most of the voluntary and experimental. They are our bilingual experimenter and explorer, learn while they dry. Bilingual Teacher Training difficulties encountered in practice, there is light weight form of results, the education sector, schools and training of bilingual teachers is inconsistent targeting, lack of effective evaluation of teacher training and other issues. This article seeks to foreign countries through the perspective of bilingual education, and then reflect on the training of bilingual teachers. On the basis of the investigation W District, Suzhou City, the basic situation of bilingual teachers in primary-depth analysis, mining in teacher training problems, trying to educational administrative departments, schools, teachers at three levels of deep-seated causes, and propose a solution recommendations. Hoping to bilingual teaching and learning activities to promote the smooth development play a role.This structure is broadly divided into the following sections:Chapter One is introduction. Describes the background and significance, defining the concept, literature review, this paper presents research methods and innovationChapter Two is survey on the current Training for Primary Bilingual Teachers Training in W District, through surveys and interviews to grasp the current W District bilingual policy, teaching, teacher, training, the basic situation.Chapter Three is Bilingual primary school teacher training to explore a number of recommendations, mainly for bilingual teacher training school thinking and suggestions from the education administration departments, schools, teachers, I elaborate in the process of teacher training in the responsibilities proposed in this paper to improve the effectiveness of bilingual teacher training to improve the quality of primary school bilingual teacher, stability and consolidation of bilingual teachers.
