Because Chinese footstep of integrating to the world is more and more rapidly therefore how to use world language to. communicate equally ,synchronously, turely now has become a urgent problem among Chinese education institute. The peopleof the opening reform are eager to improve their English level, to crease their international communication and cooperation ability. The life science as the most distinctive ,the richest harvest realm not only in acdemic world but also in the industrial production all exist the problem of worldwide communication. How to strenghthen the international cooperation ,academic communication and cooperation ?Besides other key factors,solving language problem especially professional language problem is also a problem which we can not neglect.Currently the education reforms of our country is spreading widely among them the central content of foundation education should transfer the test education to all-round education of all aspects change .DengXiaoping has point out "Education would face to modenizaton ,face to world, face to future. In the foundation education period, we cant only fix attention on the examination and entering higher school while we should emphasis on the students'mind and body development ,think of integrating the contents of other subjects through scientific reasonable organization making them compensation to each other further to improve the total benefit of teaching which also a trend of international education development. This essay analyzes the present situation of the nation and the abroad bilingual teaching through analyzing the results of investigation which exposes there are many problems in the midlle school students' bilingual teaching level at the same time through practice experience abve the foundation of relating theory to reality achieving the bssic path and method for improving bilingual teaching :(1)transfering teaching conception and riching classroom teaching(2)strengthening practice teaching (3)pushing the interdisciplinary permeation and sythesis(4)developing investigaion study.
