With the frequent international cooperation and exchange, the significance of English study is increasingly obvious. This trend of global integration of the cultivation of high-quality talents puts forward new requirements. As English become the most basic skills required for social competition, bilingual education attracts more and more attention in the society. Although pre-school bilingual teaching has become the social trends, Bilingual education preschool teacher problem but the serious influence pre-school education quality bilingual, the current problems of English teacher resources affect the quality of pre-school bilingual education badly. Through analysis of relative materials of bilingual teachers’training at home and abroad and the present situation of our national preschool bilingual educational activities, as well as the former exploration of teachers’training, this article, taking Changsha Normal College as an example, discusses the urgency of pre-school bilingual teachers’training in institutions of higher education and studies the following aspects within this field—training aims; course offered; and bilingual teaching approaches, then through rethinking the former researches and analyzing the problems existing, the author proposes measures aiming to explore the proper curriculum system of teachers training in institutions of higher education which will satisfy the social demand and adapt to the future development of pre-school education.This article is made up of four parts:Part one is preface. In this part, the author states the origin, background and significance of this study, summarizes the research status for pre-school teachers’training at home and abroad, and explains several basic concepts clearly.Part two is about the status quo of pre-school bilingual teachers’ training in China and practical research of Changsha Normal College. Firstly, the author briefly state the status quo and point out three problems, then taking Changsha Normal College as an example, summarizes its exploration and achievements on pre-school bilingual teachers’ cultivation.Part three is rethinking about pre-school bilingual teachers’ cultivation. The author inquiries into four aspects on the basis of former research on pre-school bilingual teachers’cultivation, including students, the teacher’s quality, course offered and teaching material, and analyzes the practical reasons leading to the above problems.Part four is the measures we should take to cultivate pre-school bilingual teachers. Aiming to resolve the problems appearing in the former exploration, the author offers some proposals to ensure the matriculate quality, strengthen the construction of teacher troop, optimize curriculum and greatly develop textbooks...
