Writing in the current teaching staff are faced with low writing ability of students, schools and the community of students writing ability does not endorse the embarrassing situation. From the practical point of view of teaching, the main problem now is: teachers teaching in the writing process of teaching the wrong conception; student awareness of weak writing and writing based on students writing the lack of enthusiasm; writing the perfect teaching evaluation system, resulting in staff low effectiveness of teaching writing.Therefore,the improvement in functional level composition teaching is language teaching reform in one of the priorities. Improvement in functional composition teaching, we must first change our concepts, using advanced composition teaching concept of"people oriented""essay evaluation system to guide the functional composition teaching; Second,teachers must constantly improve their own quality, multi-channel learning, research, combined with advanced teaching philosophy, and constantly improve the ability of composition teaching; while improving the ways and means of composition teaching, training, interest and inspire students to write creative thinking, the students systematic and standardized writing training, and thus to help students improve their writing skills and comprehensive quality.
