With the popularization of higher educatior,higher education quality becomes the focus of attention by more and more students, parents, and the society. As the main body, the college students in higher education service is the most direct experience, is most concerned about the quality of higher education, is the most reliable judge of higher education quality.Investigating the undergraduates, we can find the advantages and disadvantages of school satisfaction service projects for education management department to provide valuable information,which has important significance to the higher education development and career development.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction, the thesis constructs evaluation index system of college service satisfaction for students. Madding college undergraduates satisfaction questionnaire surveys the five provincial key university undergraduate students' satisfaction. Using SPSS statistical analysis of the data collected, the service satisfaction index analyses the characteristics of student satisfaction. Using marketing analysis diagram services quadrant of the weaknesses, and finally this paper puts forward some conclusions basing on research to improve college students' satisfaction strategies.the conclusion as follows:(1) College students of five universities in nanchang think teaching service for image, and campus culture, the student support and management services, logistics service satisfaction as "general" level,library service as satisfied,value perception as not satisfied.(2) Teaching service, student support and management service, library services, logistics service and overall satisfaction are partly uninfluenced by different grade students,nature,and gender,the different grade.The higher grade,the lower satisfaction.Tural student than the cities', girls than boys, science student than liberal arts students.(3) Quadrant chart analysis the urgent priority as follows:school public image, teaching practice and practice, the school teachers, school environment, the pursuit of penalty system, mental health education and consultation services, to help poor students, administrative staff efficiency, administrative staff canteen service attitude, quality of the diet, dining service attitude, school of hospital services. China should establish a unified, standardized students satisfaction index system, and regularly publish student satisfaction (CSI). Colleges and universities should establish undergraduates in customer satisfaction service concept,and heartily understand students' needs and expectations, which improvs overall students satisfaction.
