| In recent years,with the acceleration of the reform process of logistics socialization in Colleges and universities in China,NEU,as a world-class university,is also constantly exploring the path of logistics socialization reform.With the development of economic education in China,it has become a general trend for the development of property management in colleges and universities to replace the management of logistic departments by real estate enterprises.At present,NEU implements the model of property service outsourcing,introducing property enterprises into the campus.In cooperation with Zhejiang University Xinyu Property Group Co.,LTD.,NEU manages a number of services such as building management,cleaning,labor service and laboratory hazardous waste collection and transfer station in a unified and professional manner.For more than 20 years,Zhejiang University Xinyu Property Management has formed a set of unique "follow the characteristics of the industry,meet the needs of customers,combined with regional characteristics" property service comprehensive operation and management system,and strive to provide the most professional and diversified logistics property operation and management of the overall solution for all kinds of enterprises and institutions.This paper puts students in the position of customers and takes students as the main body of satisfaction evaluation.In the study and research scholars at home and abroad about the property service customer satisfaction and customer perceived value theory,according to the study,with "customer satisfaction theory" as the core,based on the perspective of students’ perceived value,from situational value,quality,value,service value,personnel value,emotional value,satisfaction survey questionnaire in five dimensions,the design of the content,The students’ satisfaction questionnaire was completed through the distribution,recovery and reliability and validity test of the questionnaire.It really and objectively reflects the impact of students’ perceived value on satisfaction,and then reflects the problems existing in the property service management of colleges and universities.And through the data analysis of the survey results,combined with the current situation of NEU student dormitory property service management,put forward targeted measures to improve the satisfaction of reasonable property service,and also provide direction for the improvement of NEU property service quality.The research of this topic can not only provide strong support for the realization of logistics socialization in colleges and universities,but also provide reference for the establishment of student satisfaction evaluation system in colleges and universities in China. |
