With the enrollment scale of colleges and universities expanding year by year,the unique role of counselors in school management has become increasingly prominent.Students have the most say in the satisfaction of counselors'work.The direct feedback from students can make counselors have a clearer understanding of the shortcomings and shortcomings of their work.Students'job satisfaction with counselors is their subjective judgment and feeling with emotional color to their daily work.It is also the comparison between their expectations and actual effects of counselors' work.The results affect the level of school daily management and personnel training.Therefore,this study takes the undergraduate students of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as the research object,based on the theory of customer satisfaction,through discussing the basic status of undergraduate students'job satisfaction with counselors,and analyzing the factors affecting student satisfaction,to understand students'real expectations for counselors,to find out the shortcomings and strengths of counselors'work,and to address the existing problems in the work.Problem,explore the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the students'satisfaction level of Beiyu Counselors' work,enhance the ideological awareness of counselors'service to students,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the professionalization and institutionalization of counselors'work.The sample of this study is 10,000 undergraduates from 15 colleges of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,this paper uses statistical analysis and inductive analysis explore the basic situation of Undergraduates'job satisfaction with counselors,existing problems,main influencing factors and solutions.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:the undergraduates of Beijing Post are generally satisfied with the work of their counselors,and the students are generally positive about the work of their counselors.The lowest score of Undergraduates'job satisfaction to counselors is psychological counseling dimension,followed by communication.The other dimensions with lower scores are service consciousness and work attitude.Through the analysis of existing problems and the excavation of deep-seated reasons,this paper discusses how improve the undergraduate students' satisfaction from the perspective of counselors themselves and the actual work of counselors.Therefore,this paper hopes that "one generation to one side",the proposed countermeasures for college counselors to improve the work of valuable reference.
