A Study On The Effectiveness Of Teaching In Private Higher Vocational And Technical Colleges

China's rapid economic development requires colleges to cultivate application-oriented and technology talents, private vocational colleges as part of vocational colleges get unprecedented development. Due to the private colleges have different from the characteristics of other levels of colleges and universities, teaching quality is its vitality. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the teaching effectiveness of the private colleges.This thesis with teaching effectiveness theory (the theory of Babansky's teaching Optimization, L. S Vygotsky's theory of proximal development, Zankov's developmental teaching theory)and high education for education for theoretical basis. On the main factors affecting the teaching effectiveness from three aspects:teachers, students and teacher-student relationship,and discussed and analyzed, and construct teaching effectiveness evaluation index combining with the characteristics of private colleges, including teachers'teaching and students'grades two aspects. On this basis, with Shanghai TP College as an example, through the questionnaire and interview, understand teacher teaching and student learning situation of Shanghai institute of TP. Through the issuing, collection, collation and summary questionnaire, analysis of current situation of college teaching effectiveness from three aspects, those are teachers and students and teacher-student relationship. On account of present teaching effectiveness of private colleges, in view of the manager, put forward countermeasures and proposals from three aspects, namely, optimize the teaching staffs, strengthen students management, establish the new teacher-student relationship, so as to make both of teachers and students can understand each other in teaching and to achieve the harmonious development of students, teachers unceasingly enterprising, private colleges teaching effectiveness.Due to the private colleges have extraordinary nature, the influence factors of theirs teaching effectiveness are more complicated, teaching effectiveness problem of private colleges is preliminary explored in this paper. Various factors of effecting on teaching effectiveness of private colleges are how to interact and affect effectiveness of teaching, as a manager, how to manage can play teacher's potential, stimulate the students'motivation, students'learning efficiency, teachers'teaching efficiency problems still remain study in the future.
