Private higher education has experienced nearly 30 years of arduous and bumpy development.From the early stage of private higher education to the thriving today,earth-shaking changes have taken place,and many impressive achievements have been created,ushering in the development of private higher education.A new opportunity for However,the increasingly fierce social competition makes private higher education face more challenges.The high-quality development of private education relies on a team of teachers with a reasonable structure,sufficient number,relatively stable,and high level of comprehensive professional capabilities.However,the practical problem that contradicts the development of private colleges and universities is that the turnover rate of teachers in private colleges has only increased in the past five years,and the average turnover rate of the faculty of CS private colleges in Guizhou is as high as 18%.So how to change the high turnover rate of teachers in CS private colleges and universities in Guizhou? Many scholars believe that turnover intention is the most direct precursor to actual turnover behavior,that is,the school's high turnover rate is closely related to the higher turnover intention of the school's teachers.Therefore,the key to changing the status quo of frequent resignations of teachers in private colleges is to reduce the tendency of teachers to resign.However,how to reduce the turnover tendency of teachers in CS private colleges and universities in Guizhou? What are the main influencing factors of teacher turnover intention? What is the countermeasure? For this reason,the author uses Mitchell's(2001)work embedding theory model to study the problem of teacher turnover tendency of CS private colleges in Guizhou.This article takes the turnover tendency of teachers in CS private colleges in Guizhou as the research theme,carefully combs the current research situation at home and abroad through the literature research method,and states and defines the relevant theoretical basis and concepts.Based on Mitchell's(2001)work embedding theoretical model,and based on the analysis of the current situation of teacher turnover in CS private colleges and universities in Guizhou and a review of related research literature,corresponding research hypotheses are proposed,and the influencing factors of teachers' turnover inclination in CS private colleges in Guizhou are demonstrated.the study.The sample data is analyzed through empirical analysis methods such as descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis.The final empirical analysis conclusion verifies the validity of the hypothesis proposed by the author.Through empirical research,it is found that the factors that significantly affect the turnover intention of teachers in CS private colleges and universities in Guizhou are: organizational sacrifice,organizational matching,and community connection.Finally,based on the empirical research conclusions and the actual situation of CS private colleges and universities in Guizhou,the author discusses the salary system,welfare guarantee,promotion channels,organizational division of labor,teacher rights,management functions,and emotions from the three levels of organizational sacrifice,organizational matching,and community connection.Practical issues such as caring,housing stickiness,and relative stickiness put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the tendency of teachers to leave their jobs in CS private colleges and universities in Guizhou.
