In 2004, the CPC Central Committee Document No.16《opinions on further strengthening and improving ideological and political education》puts forward the fact clearly that counselors should be professionalized. However, as a negative factor, Burnout has appeared in the group of counselors, and even there is a trend to spread and deepen. College counselors don't agree with their jobs and dislike being engaged in it for a long time, which is not conducive the stability of group of counselors, will weaken the position of ideological and political work in universities and seriously affect the effectiveness of ideological and political work. The problem must be addressed in the process of professionalization of college counselors.In the paper, we analyze the problem of job burnout under the trend of college counselors'professionalization. we discuss that the importance of eliminating the job burnout of the college counselors. After that we do a work of the review of the academic history. At last, we take out the significance and the method of this work.Article is divided into four parts.In part one, we introduce the background of the job burnout and figure out that it demands the professionalization of the college counselors with the higher education becoming popular and legalization. It is the trend of the college counselors'development which helps to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and cultivate overall development students. It's also do benefits to the development of the counselors themselves. And we explained the meanings and status of college counselors'professionalization in part one.In part two, we state the theory of job burnout. The burnout meanly shows as depressed attitude, indifference and unfulfilling. We have some college counselors conduct survey and interviews online and learn that their burnouts mean low-spirited, depressed, no working enthusiasm, initiative and temper easily, professional identity is not high, the lack of achievement acceptable and intense desire, transfers and so on which produce adverse effects to students and teachers.In part three, we analyzes the reasons for job burnout college counselors are the nature of the work of instructors, organization and management system, personal and social environment, and imperfect mechanism of counselor.In part four, we have some advices to eliminate college instructor occupational tiredness. We should solve the problem by clearing work responsibilities, establishing counselors'evaluation, selection and incentive mechanism, improving the quality of the training system and forming the social environment respecting counselors to improve the professional counselor identity.
