Corporate Culture And University Culture Docking Studies

By analyzing and comparing enterprise and university culture, the paper tried to find the practical docking relationship between them, and expected to use the advanced experience of enterprise culture to guide the modern university management. Exploring, building and fostering new university culture to make its training model suit the society better and the let the graduates integrate into society and enterprise quickly, so as to fulfill the talent cultivation task of modern university. The paper used documentary method, qualitative research method and comparative analysis.Firstly, the paper analyzed the connotation of enterprise and university culture, elaborated their construction from different levels, summarized the function of them deeply.Secondly, the paper analyzed and compared two cultures from the perspective of main part, objective, channel comprehensively, contrasted the value, management and competitiveness, established the theoretical foundation for their docking.Finally, the paper took their connection as the entry point, expressed the requirements of enterprise culture to university culture. After the feasibility analysis, the paper stated the introduction of enterprise culture into university culture construction, meanwhile, put forward specific plan of the docking and elaborated on the contents and implement of the plan. Furthermore, explained and analyzed the problems that should be avoided in the docking process.
