The Ananlytical Current Situation Of School Management Negotiation

With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, more and more managers have found that the management of communication is the lifeblood of organizations. Management communication has a major impact on improving management efficiency and ensuring the orderly operation of the organization. It also has importance in resolving conflicts to ensure information flow. School management has many problems because of the management communication is not smooth. The unsmooth management of communication brings a lot contradictions and conflicts which affect the development of the school directly in many schools.As a primary school administrator, in the long-term practice of school management or communicate with other headmasters, I have found that many school administrators haven't really recognized the importance of school management or even because of the lack of experience to draw on a result of the lack of practical action. In view of the unsatisfactied with the practice in communication of school management, I think it is necessary to make a study on school management communication. Also it has a great practical significance.In this paper, it has selected three schools from one region as the study. Select these three schools in the merit pay implementation of the communication situation as a research content which collects information through issuing questionnaires and interviews. This paper is based on actual research which summarizes the problems in communication of the school management, analysis the causes of these problems and put forward some corresponding countermeasures. Primary school administrators designed to enhance communication and increase awareness of school management and conduct their practice in the management of communication to improve school management effectiveness and to promote school development.
