The proportions do differ much. Most of them pay four hours a time to go online and some students decide their online time according to particular situations. Lack of personal computers, college students tend to go online in campus or outside net bar. Junior college students web forum registration rate in our school is under half, but about four in five students will brose web forums. college students'logics in virtual communities is in fact republication of real society. From the point view of the college students role shaping in virtual communities, the net names are always closely related to themselves. The welcomed or boring personality traits accords with what is judged in real society , hereby college students will behave themselves in virtual communities to build an esteemed image.Considering the risks existed in real society and virtual communities,most college students lay great stress on the security of personal information. Besides college students make net friends with considerable caution. They will inspect counterparts' identities, careers and characters before they decide whether to develop a long relationship or not and then whether to make a meeting or not to make indeed friends.Like the real society, there existed in virtual communities rules, powers and managers. Most college students believe virtual communities should be operated under rules and that net behavior should be supervised so that a healthy network environment can be created and maintained. And the power of the authorities in real society such as teachers will not be undermined because of online communications with college students. Instead mutual understanding will be promoted because of the closing relationships with students.
