Entrepreneurship is an interdisciplinary, multi-level phenomenon; the feature that makes both the eye-catching in this area seems complicated. It involves the problems of change, innovation, technology and environment changes, new product development, small enterprise management, enterprise and entrepreneurship individuals and industrial development and so on. For the analysis of the phenomenon of entrepreneurship began in the mid-18th century, after two centuries later, in the 20th century, the rapid development of the 80's, the recent decade, entrepreneurship phenomenon has aroused widespread concern, but also attracted many scholars in this area of ongoing exploration. The earliest start of the entrepreneurship study began abroad, through the carding of the theoretical framework allows us to understand the business context of the development. At the same time, the theory of comparative study of the domestic status of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurship education in progress, which pave the way for me to do the further research. Entrepreneurship is the driving force of economic development, and entrepreneurship education is the basis for the development of entrepreneurial projects. Entrepreneurship education is the educational practice and educational theory to explore new areas of research. The degree of entrepreneurship education development directly affects the level of entrepreneur in one country, so construction of entrepreneurial education we should start from seizing the foundation of institutions and entrepreneurship education in higher learning school is the basis of this basis. Entrepreneurship education is a new educational concept, not only embodies the meaning of quality education, but also highlights the educational innovation and the cultivation for actual student ability. Entrepreneurship education in our country at this stage should highlight the concept of change in the employment of students, improve their entrepreneurship consciousness, and enhance their entrepreneurial capacities. Strengthening of entrepreneurship education has become the world's new trend on educational development and reform. With the advent of knowledge economy, the germination of entrepreneurship education, has become the new trend of the world's development and reform of higher education, and has been extended to vocational education and basic education. Vigorously to promote the implementation of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important content of practicing" science and education" strategy and the construction of "innovative country", and is the higher education reform and development of content, and is an urgent requirement to solve the problem of employment of university graduates an important method.Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province in order to fully understand the status of entrepreneurship education and the assessment of entrepreneurship education, and in order to guide the Hebei Provincial Communist Youth League entrepreneurial decision-making basis for the provision of educational practice, which is a part of Hebei Provincial Committee of the corporation. " Colleges and Universities Students Research Center of Hebei Province"in November 2009, including for: Hebei University of Science and Technology, Hebei Economic and Trade University, Hebei Medical University, Shijiazhuang Railway Institute, North China Electric Power University (Baoding campus), Hebei Agricultural University, Hebei University, Hebei Finance Institute, Hebei University of Engineering, etc. nearly 10 colleges and universities, their students and teachers make a survey on the current state of entrepreneurship education.The author, me, is the deputy director of Hebei University Students Research Center. This article is based on the results of these studies. Hebei Province, is the southern gateway to the capital of China and at the same time is China's coastal province, so the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and its future development direction are important studies on the value of representation and vigorously promoting the development of entrepreneurship education entrepreneurial economy in Hebei in order to really build into a coastal province of strategic importance.Either from the need of entrepreneurship education of the college students, or advocated by the national ministries in the policy, we have to make a systematic introduction of entrepreneurship education for students of standards and curriculum system.Colleges and universities have done a lot of effort on students in the entrepreneurial culture of innovation, but through the status quo, we can find the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is only at the initial stage, whether in theory or practice, the contents of operation is lack of a systematic system of all-round development. So does the further development of entrepreneurship education, improves the economic development level of Hebei Province, in order to build a strong province in China's coastal province of national contribution to the creation of entrepreneurial forces.
