Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

At present,the mode of social and economic development in our country is shifting from a "resource-dependent" type to an "innovation-driven" type.The key factor in accomplishing this transformation lies in talents.And the key to determining the quantity and quality of talent lies in education.Among them,Entrepreneurship education will play a crucial role in the cultivation of innovative talents.At present,there are still many problems to be solved urgently in the entrepreneurship education of vocational colleges in the initial stage.This thesis attempts to carry out a case study of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,conduct in-depth investigation and analysis of individual cases,try hard to extract the common problems of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for these problems.This research mainly consists of two parts: The first part is the introduction,which includes the research background,the significance of the research,the definition of the related concepts,the review of the research at home and abroad,the purpose and content of the research,the research methods.The second part is the main text,introducing research design,including research purposes,case selection,sample information,survey tools,survey implementation and data processing.Through the analysis and processing of the documents,questionnaires and interviews,we try our best to show the current situation of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges: the situation of entrepreneurship education,the forms of entrepreneurship education,the sources of funds for entrepreneurship education and the impacts of entrepreneurship education on students,Among the impacts of entrepreneurship education on students include students' understanding about of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education,student entrepreneurship desire and its influencing factors,the situation of school entrepreneurship activities and the participation of students,the impact on the cultivation of students' professional abilities,and impact on the quality or ability of student entrepreneurship.Based on the above research,this paper analyzes the experience and problems of higher vocational colleges in carrying out entrepreneurship education.The experiences include: rich and varied forms of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship education mode of "apprenticeship and contract system",and initial construction of entrepreneurial work practices System,set up a comprehensive service platform for entrepreneurship;The problems are mainly manifested in: the superficial understanding of entrepreneurship education,courses and teaching are just forms,the lack of entrepreneurship education teachers,the lack of regulation of entrepreneurial education.And the reasons for the problems existing in higher vocational colleges to carry out entrepreneurship education:the concept of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is subject to the traditional school education,the integration and utilization of the resources for undertaking education in higher vocational colleges is low,the education for entrepreneurship starts late,and the threshold is high.Finally,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems existing in the entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and their causes: to deepen the concept of entrepreneurship education and to be the same outside and inside,to improve the course system of entrepreneurship education and enrich the curricular content,to standardize the teaching staff strength,to set up a special Entrepreneurship education organizations;establish a sound entrepreneurial education evaluation system.
