21st century is the age of high technology and high-information age, knowledge, rapid pace of updates, Marxist theory holds that people are the first element to determine productive forces and production relations, the human factors determine the level of scientific and technological progress and development, Preschool teachers is the power source to develop compound talents. Preschool Teachers bear the heavy responsibility of early education, preschool teacher professional development has gradually becoming the focus topics of educational research.Preschool teacher professional development is a gradual process of accumulation he received from teachers given education in teacher colleges, the appointment of professional skills training, to work combined with practice received various training until personal substantial increase in business level, where teacher training is an important way to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers.In this paper, combine the status of preschool teachers and teacher-training in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, analyze young children teacher professional development and teacher training associated, research shows that preschool teacher training of Shijiazhuang promote the teacher education levels, professional development of consciousness, increase of education and teaching level, but the depth and breadth of teacher training can not meet the need of the professional development of kindergarten teachers far,teacher training system and mechanism is not yet perfect, also need further research effective training mode to promote the professional development teachers in early childhood.Come up with the problem of professional development and training for preschool teachers in Shijiazhuang, I analyze and study the problems using internal and abroad teaching theory,put forward countermeasures. The first to firmly establish the concept of teacher training to promote professional development, create a corresponding policy environment; Second, we must speed up the early childhood teacher training bases, improve training system of professional development for preschool teacher; vigorously promote the garden of this training, to actively discuss training mode to promote preschool teacher professional development; according to early childhood teacher professional development course, establish the training system for classification and era.
