Life education is becoming more and more necessary than before, because the contempt for life happens more and more frequently while the rapid development of the material culture.And it became to be known since J.DonaldWalters found 'Ananda Village',then it was by the end of last century life education had started in China. After having had a number of theoretical studies, Liaoning Province carried out life education since 2004. And then many provinces followed one by one to issue related policies, among which'the Guidelines of Life Education in Schools in Shanghai'is much more influencial.This research points out some content, such as health, getting along with others, ethics.treating with setbacks, self-helping and so on, and try to permeate these aspects into the class and other teaching activities. The aim is to explore some effective methods to achieve life education.The beginning of this subject in the study of life education,I applied literature method to analyzed the relevant data. Afterwards I used questionnaire to investigate the current situation about life education of students in senior 2.The results were statiscally analyzed using the spss 16.0,it does not exist significant difference between experimental and control groups.According to the results,it combined the Guidelines with compulsory 3 and elective 3 of PEP in high school to carry out Classroom infiltration education. The main characteristic of the corresponding target in classroom infiltration,it used in the process of brainstorming method and discussion method.In addition, I designed related topics to corresponding other life education goals. Implementation in the thematic, introductory content by lecture method. In the contents for students easy to experience,I design more interactive and some activities:as in interpersonal project and lets the student with role-playing method to experience-An unforeseen self-rescue with knowledge of correct way to complete. Low carbon ecological project combines lecture method and student extracurricular practice method.Death education in the use of audio-visual method described before students discussion,etc.After nearly a year of teaching experiments, life education implementation results for experimental group and control group were investigated. The results of the statistical analysis, seven item in nine appeared significant or extremely significant difference.Practice study shows that, life education development is help of students' all-round development and is very necessary.But life education can not be achieved by a subject, for a period of time, it needs the cooperation of whole society. By the limit of time and individual ability, this study of execution also require follow-up development. And in practical developing process,it is need to pay attention to sex education and the development of psychological counseling.However,the final realization of life education still needs the whole society to work together.This empirical research is just a step of carrying out life education in high school, and all of the strategies adapted in the research are just some references for teaching. The present author hopes that it can be continuously improved and developed to be an effective suggestion in the future.
