At present, Mobile Learning is receiving more and more attention. Mobile phone as the highest hold rate, the strongest integrated equipment, its functions will be driven by science and technology, becoming more and more powerful, and its applications are being used increasingly. All of this provides an effective carrier for Mobile Learning. Mobile Learning will become an important means and effective way of enterprise training.Now available enterprise training mode is confronted with many problems, for example, training resources update slowly, the obvious contradiction between employee's work and study, the difficulties of internal resource's construction and communication, lack of the support of knowledge accumulation platform. However, enterprise training is based on Mobile Learning can not only overcome these difficulties, but also match the requirements of personality and life-long education for people in the information age. Especially for solving practical training needs for sales staff'workplace is not fixed.This paper based on a number of domestic and foreign related literature references, analyzed and summarized the research in the field of Mobile Learning at home and abroad, discussed the characteristics, study form and other basic theory of Mobile Learning. This paper integrated use of literature, interviews and questionnaires, took the research of Mobile Learning applied in enterprise training as a starting point, and discussed the Mobile Learning in enterprise sales training application status and development prospects. By the way of carrying out depth interview to partial enterprise managers, understood the inner resistance of Mobile Learning applying in enterprise training and the managers' attitude.Implemented questionnaires investigation to marketing personnel, and find out the need of mobile training for marketing personnel, the factors of impacting and restricting to Mobile Learning. Explored the potential of mobile learning applied for sales staff training. This is the main conclusion, the satisfaction to existing sales training is relatively low for company sales personnel, they all have the moving training conditions and strong desire, and have great expectations of practical function for mobile training system. But they think the potential impact of difficulties and an important reason for its popularity are mobile training resources is not rich and not systematic.Based on these investigation result, took the appropriate mobile training system is designed for enterprise as a starting point, this paper put forward the following countermeasures.1) Mobile Training resources should be comprehensive and targeted, comprehensive use of various media to present, increase the training contents about relevant market analysis ability, communication skills, communication and bearing pressure ability.2) The function of the system design should pay attention to practical. It should access relevant information timely, capture and save customers information, receive the latest dynamic information and product release information from company. 3) According to characteristics of training resources, the requirements of learners, technical difficulty and cost-effective to select a suitable media presentation.
