With the development of informational technology, the Application of E-learning in the field of training reduces the cost of enterprise organization effectively, frees the learner on the time and space. As an important bearing tool of digital training content, the quality of courseware determines the success of E-learning training program directly.But according to the result of applied research, the E-learning courseware in the market have abundant quantity,but the quality is unsatisfied.And to some extent, affected the enterprise-to-use E-learning courseware enthusiasm.So how can we design and development of a high quality enterprise E-learning training courseware with the guidance of scientific theory,, has become the focus of this paper.Research methods:This paper used the literature research method to understand the application and research situation of E- learning training courseware in the preparation of the study;during the study period, the author as a “teaching designer” participated in a job training in the large educational company.The research case in this study is selected from the courseware project named “New Employees training” which is conducted during the job training; with the aid of the questionnaire, The author investigated the courseware quality, learning effect and learning experience.The research content: this paper used the writing style of "theory + practice" writing stage to analysis and summary the stage of project analysis(includes training needs analysis, learner analysis, learning content analysis, teaching target analysis and project plan making), courseware design(includes learning environment design, teaching strategies design, courseware script design, courseware interface design),courseware development(includes multimedia development, the integration of courseware content packaging, the courseware uploading and extension.) and courseware evaluation(includes the project quality evaluation, the courseware evaluation, the project benefit evaluation).The research results: in order to improve the quality of the current E-learning training courseware effectively, we should regard the scientific theory basis as the guidance, use the idea of project management to evaluate and control the course quality. In the development process we should pay attention to the following points: arrange the sequence of courseware learning content and provide the thrust and feedback form the view of behaviorism; design the courseware teaching strategy and provide the opportunity to construct the knowledge activity from the view of constructivism; analysis the characteristics of courseware learners and select the useful learning content form the view of adult learning theory; construct the courseware learning situation from the view of situated cognition theory; plan the conducting process of courseware project form the view of instruction design theory; design the transmission of courseware information from the view of education communication theory, guarantee the effective transmission of key information.At last, the author wrote a handbook named “Enterprise E-learning training courseware development guidebook”,try to help the enterprise and employees know how to use the several theories to design and produce the enterprise E-learning training courseware.With the research of this paper,the author produced three enterprise E-learning training courses.
