With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the enterprise has been awake to the importance of the training, the companies begin to pay more attention to the training of the talented person, coupled with the influence of their urgent improvement of the training system and other factors, corporate university in China is booming and growing rapidly. The paper takes the opportunity of GLD building training college, around with the advanced research results, analysis and evaluates the development of domestic and foreign Corporate University, drawing on the development of corporate universities in China background and the excellent practical experience, sum up the training status and problems of GLD, supplement and improve the existing training system and the institution, focusing on improving the built framework of the training college and put forward the theoretical framework and movement strategy which are suitable for their own.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the background and significance of the topic; the second part is the theoretical construct of corporate universities, the research status and the results from domestic and foreign countries; the third part is the practice of and development of domestic and foreign corporate universities, summarize the successful experiences, the opportunities and the challenges that we are facing; at the forth part the paper analysis the construction of GLD training the college by substantial evidence analysis, analytical from the present condition, the condition analysis, role analysis and structural design to start elaboration; The fifth part is elaborating the design way of each system and putting forward the construction step in detail by microcosmic perspectives in order to construct the strategy and the measures; the last part is the conclusions of this paper, which put forward some suggestions and thinking for the future development of GLD company training college. The purpose of this article is to take more experiences from the GLD and construct the training college more effectively, and give other companies some inspiration and help.
