In recent years, blended learning has become a new training mode. With thedevelopment of information technology and the extensive use of new media,blended learning has become a hot topic in the field of training. Although how toapply it to corporate training has attracted a few attention at home, the study ofrelevant aspects is inadequate. And with the rise of mobile learning, blendedlearning achieves new progress, but it has not yet formed an application modelthat adapts to the modern corporate training. How to mix a variety of learningstyles, to operate them in practice conduct and to evaluate the effects of trainingin the final, remain to be further studied and discussed in the practice.Considering the miserable state of the economy, firms place more emphasison cost-effective approach, and training is also inevitably being affected by thelarge environment. In addition, with the exploding growth of information and theacceleration of the rhythm of people’s lives, employees’ learning habits haschanged dramatically. So companies need to constantly increase the flexibility oftraining methods to adapt to this change, providing better training experience foremployees. Yet as smartphones, tablet computers and other mobile devices spread,mobile internet era has arrived in advance. The learning style based on mobileterminal will undoubtedly become a good way to carry out stuff training. With theintroduction of mobile learning, blended learning will bring new thoughts andnew methods to corporate training. Through full participation in a blended training program held by the ChinaPacific Insurance Company, I strengthen the cognition of the theory of blendedlearning that used in corporate training, and constantly think about how tointegrated mobile learning to traditional blended learning in the practice of theprocess. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the project, and combined withprevious research on blended learning model, this paper primarily forms a newblended learning model that is more responsive to the needs of the times. Whilemaintaining the advantages of c-learning and e-learning, I hope to develop thestrengths of mobile learning that can help employees to learn at any time, in anyplace, and improve the training efficiency, enhance the training effectiveness andreduce the training costs.Through the internship in the China Lodging Group, I have verified theeffectiveness of the blended learning model proposed by this paper. On theanalysis of the features of trainees, the training content and the trainingenvironment, I have developed a training program for the advance course that isdesigned for the hotel manager on duty. Through making the training plan,arranging the training content and organizing the training staff, the programoffers variety to the study time and learning styles, and provides a point ofreference for modern enterprise designing the training item.
