Undergraduate is a group which full of the most creative and liveliest in the whole society,they are most valuable talent resource of Country and Society. Our country continued expending enrollment amount of university since 1999,it make the development of higher education enter a new stage.With the graduating of increase enrollment students since 2003,the job market of undergraduate shift from the "buyer's market" to "seller's market". the workforce of employment is increasing and the form of students who had had difficulty finding job is standing out.The difficulty of employment not only connect with the personal future but also relation with the stability and development of whole society. so as a organization of maintaining and realizing social public interests, government should pay attention to the unemployment problem of students.The article divide into five sections.The first section is introduction that main to discuss the research background and meaning of selected subjects.
